You can see a milestone is funded before you open the account. On approval it releases to you, commission deducted at that point — not before, and never on work you did not win.

Reputation
A rating that means something because it is hard to get
Reviews come only from clients who funded and released a milestone. Endorsements come only from clients you actually worked with. There is no way to farm either.
