Specialist verification is open before public launch. Get verified

For businesses

This is hiring, without the haystack

One sentence about your goal is enough to start. What follows is a structured brief, a scored shortlist of verified specialists, a contract, and money that only moves when you approve the work.

Briefing, matching and the audit are free. You fund only the milestone amount you agreed — the 12% commission comes out of the specialist's release.

The four stages

Audit, brief, match, hire

Each stage produces something the next one uses — so nothing is retyped, and the scope you agreed is the scope in the contract.

Stage 1 of 4

Find out what is actually broken

Before you hire anyone, the AI audit scores your marketing and tells you what to fix in what order. It is free, and it frequently changes what people brief for.

  • Scored across tracking, acquisition, conversion and creative
  • Problems named in plain language, not jargon
  • A fix order, so the cheapest wins come first
  • Feeds straight into your brief if you want it to

Free AI marketing audit

Start with the diagnosis

Answer a short set of questions about your channels, spend and goals. The audit returns a score per area, the specific problems it found, and the order to fix them in.

Indicative output generated from the inputs you provide. Not professional advice; not a guarantee of results.

  • Free, and available before you create a brief
  • Scores tracking, acquisition, conversion and creative separately
  • Names the single highest-value fix first
  • Attaches to your brief so specialists see the same picture

AI brief builder

Plain language in, structured brief out

“We need more qualified leads from Google” is a complete input. The AI expands it into scope, deliverables, a budget band and a timeline — and you correct anything it assumed.

You review and approve the brief before it is used for matching or contracting.

You said

“We need more qualified leads from Google, we're spending about €6k a month and it's not working.”

Transparent matching

A shortlist that shows its working

Every match arrives with the reasons it was made and the concerns that came with it — availability, thinner experience in your vertical, a rate above your band. The concerns are the point.

Ranking cannot be purchased. Only verified specialists are eligible to be matched.

  • Scored against every eligible verified specialist
  • Reasons and concerns shown per match
  • No pay-to-rank, no sponsored slots
  • Three strong matches rather than five padded ones

AI Team Builder

Bigger goals need more than one discipline. Team Builder assembles a multi-role plan across the exact specialisms your brief implies, with a budget split per role.

AI copilots

Drafting help, pricing sense-checks and QA prompts for both sides — surfaced in context, always editable, never sent on your behalf.

Analytics & experiments

Results tracked against the baseline recorded at kickoff, with each experiment logged as a hypothesis and an outcome.

AI Team Builder

When one specialist is not the answer

A full funnel rebuild is not one job. Team Builder turns your goal into a role plan — who you need, what each one owns, and how the budget splits between them.

Team plans are a starting proposal. You add, remove and re-scope roles before anything is contracted.

Proposals & contracts

Comparable proposals, one signature

Proposals arrive in a single format, so you are comparing scope and milestones instead of formatting. Accept one and the contract is generated from the brief you already approved.

Contracts are between you and the specialist. AdSTARS is not a party to the engagement.

  • One format, so scope is genuinely comparable
  • Milestones and dates visible before you accept
  • Contract generated from the approved brief
  • Signed in-app, stored with the project

Milestone escrow

Funded before work, released on approval

Each milestone is funded before the specialist starts it and held by Stripe, our regulated payment provider, until you approve the deliverable.

AdSTARS is not a bank and does not hold client funds directly. Escrow terms apply.

AI copilots

Help where the work happens

Copilots sit inside the workspace rather than in a separate chat window: drafting a milestone description, sense-checking a rate against comparable projects, or listing what to check before you approve.

Copilot output is decision support, not professional advice. Nothing is sent or approved on your behalf.

Before you brief

Turns a rough goal into scope, deliverables and a realistic budget band — then flags what you have left undefined.

Before you approve

Generates the acceptance checklist for a milestone from its own scope, so approval is a decision rather than a vibe.

After it ships

Reads results against the baseline captured at kickoff and separates what the experiment changed from what the season did.

Business FAQs

How long does matching actually take?
Scoring runs as soon as your brief is approved and returns the shortlist in the same session. What takes real time is the specialists replying with proposals — that depends on them, not on us.
Can I bring a specialist I already work with?
Yes. They complete verification like anyone else, and you can then contract with them through the platform to get escrow, milestone tracking and dispute cover on the engagement.
What if none of the matches are right?
Edit the brief and re-run matching, or browse the verified directory directly and invite a specialist to propose. You are never limited to the shortlist.
Who owns the work that gets delivered?
The contract generated from your brief assigns deliverables and usage rights to you on milestone release. Source files and access handover are milestone deliverables like anything else.

Fees, escrow terms and verification policy apply. AdSTARS Connect introduces businesses to independent specialists and is not a party to the resulting contract.

  1. 1Shortlists contain no paid placements. Specialists cannot pay to be matched, to rank higher within a shortlist, or to appear in the verified directory.
  2. 2Milestones must be funded into escrow before the specialist begins work, and funds release on client approval. Cancellations are refunded under the escrow terms. Funds are held by Stripe, our regulated payment provider, not by AdSTARS.
  3. 3After a milestone releases, client and specialist each review the other. Reviews are attached to completed, paid work only — which is why there are fewer of them than on marketplaces that accept unverified reviews.
