Acceptable use & content policy

What is not allowed on the platform, and what happens when it appears. Forms part of the Terms of service.

In forceVersion of 30 July 20265 sections

1Prohibited conduct

  • Misrepresenting identity, credentials, employment history or results.
  • Publishing a client result without that client's recorded consent.
  • Manipulating reviews, endorsements or ratings, including by exchange or payment.
  • Attempting to purchase, boost or otherwise influence shortlist or directory placement.
  • Soliciting payment off-platform for an engagement the platform introduced.
  • Harassment, discrimination, threats or abusive conduct toward anyone on the platform.
  • Circumventing suspension, or operating duplicate accounts.

2Prohibited work

Briefs and deliverables must be lawful in the jurisdictions of both parties. Beyond that, the platform will not be used to market or produce:

  • Anything unlawful, or promoting unlawful activity.
  • Deceptive financial promotions, including unlicensed investment, credit or crypto solicitation.
  • Adult content, gambling or tobacco where the advertising is unlawful in the target market.
  • Health, medical or pharmaceutical claims that cannot be substantiated.
  • Content that infringes another party's intellectual property, or that discloses confidential material the uploader is not entitled to share.
  • Deliberate disinformation, engagement farming, or artificial traffic and engagement generation.

3Moderation

  • Public profiles, case studies and knowledge articles are reviewed by INFINITY ADSTARS GROUP LTD before they appear.
  • Moderation checks factual claims, disclosure of commercial relationships, consent where a client is involved, and compliance with this policy.
  • Moderation is not an endorsement of an author's recommendations, and published articles remain the views of their authors.
  • Article bodies are rendered as text; content that attempts to inject markup or script is rejected.

4AI-generated content

  • AI output on the platform — audits, briefs, match explanations, copilot drafts — is decision support and is labelled as such. It is never sent or approved on your behalf.
  • Presenting AI output as verified evidence, or as a professional opinion, is a breach of this policy.
  • You remain responsible for anything you publish or deliver, whether or not a tool helped you write it.

5Reporting and enforcement

  • Report content or conduct to info@adstars.app. Reports are acknowledged and you are told what we did.
  • Enforcement is proportionate: removal of the content, withdrawal of verification, suspension, or closure of the account.
  • Where content is removed, the person who posted it is told what was removed and why, unless telling them would be unlawful or would frustrate an investigation.
  • A removal or suspension decision can be challenged through the Complaints procedure.
