Verification policy

What a verification level actually means, so that a badge on a profile is a claim you can interrogate rather than a decoration.

In forceVersion of 30 July 20267 sections

1The three levels

  • Self-reported — declared by the specialist. Displayed as declared. We have not checked it, and the label says so.
  • Evidence reviewed — reporting or documentation submitted to INFINITY ADSTARS GROUP LTD and reviewed by a person against the specific claim being made.
  • Platform-verified — read from the specialist's connected advertising account, reviewed, and published with the client's recorded consent.

A result is shown at the level its evidence earns, not the level that reads best. There is no level that means "verified" without qualification.

2What a published result must contain

  • The metric, named explicitly rather than implied.
  • The baseline value it started from.
  • The result value it reached.
  • The fixed period the change covers.
  • The verification level behind it.

A percentage without a baseline and a period is not publishable at any level.

3Identity and skills

Identity verification is completed once and is required before a specialist can appear in any shortlist or in the public directory. It is what stops the pool filling with duplicate and resold profiles.

Declared disciplines are checked against the evidence provided, so that matching sends briefs a specialist can actually deliver.

4Client consent

  • A result that identifies or is attributable to a client is published only with that client's recorded consent.
  • Consent is a live permission, not a one-time signature. It can be withdrawn at any time.
  • On withdrawal the result is removed from the profile, from shortlist evidence and from any share link.

5Downgrade and withdrawal

  • A level is downgraded or withdrawn if the evidence behind it lapses, if a connected account is disconnected, or if a claim is found to be misstated.
  • A verification obtained by misrepresentation is withdrawn, and the account may be closed under the Terms of service.
  • Withdrawal is recorded. We do not silently re-label a result to a lower level and leave it published as though nothing changed.

6What verification is not

Verification confirms what the available evidence showed about a past engagement at the time of review. It is not a prediction, an endorsement, a recommendation, or a guarantee of future results, and it does not transfer any liability for an engagement to INFINITY ADSTARS GROUP LTD.

Past performance is not a guarantee of future results.

7What cannot be bought

  • A verification level. Levels follow evidence, and nothing else.
  • Shortlist placement, ranking within a shortlist, or placement in the public directory.
  • Removal of an unfavourable review that is attached to a released milestone.
